2 cups Soju or Sake
1 Pink Lady or Granny Smith Apple
8 Lime Wedges
5 cups chilled Tonic Water

Cut the apples into matchsticks after removing the core. Put them in a pitcher and stir with soju. Cover it and let it chill for 30 min.
