For years I have cooked variations on rice and vegetables, not knowing this specific tradition, and now try to keep suitable banchan type preparations around to make it as my midday (breakfast) meal. I love the dolsot and the quality it imparts to the rice. Your choice of this name for your site is endearing. I would love to know more about the heritage of contemporary Korean cooking.</description>
